🎯 Requirements

  • Commercial sales leader who can recruit, grow, and coach a high-performing team.
  • 7+ years healthcare sales with 2+ years leading a team; $10M+ ARR bonus.
  • Experience selling AI, clinical software, or workflow products to mid-market health systems.
  • Deep familiarity with selling into regulated healthcare—compliance, security, procurement.
  • Bias for velocity with enterprise healthcare discipline.
  • Focus on deals closed, teams built, and how you think under pressure.
