📋 Description

• Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving sales team
• Coach on full cycle sales: discovery, live demos, proposals
• Conduct field visits: walk-ins, prospecting, trade shows, partnerships
• Partner with peers to ensure delivery meets sales expectations
• Use Salesforce and other tech to forecast and analyze pipelines
• Own new business growth across your district

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in sourcing and/or closing
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of success
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, flexible under pressure
