Sales Enablement and Training Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding programs for new hires, host weekly 1:1s with learners, and ensure
• Design scalable learning paths combining self-paced content, knowledge checks, AI role plays, and
• Develop engaging digital learning assets including training videos, assessments, and learner
• Execute the end-to-end content production workflow using AI platforms, QC final assets, and publish
• Evaluate and adopt new AI-enabled learning technologies to improve speed, quality, and learner
• Build certification programs that validate proficiency across messaging, product knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, or digital customer
• 3+ years of direct experience in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy
• Thorough understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes, sales methodologies (Challenger, Command
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Data-driven approach with a track record of setting and achieving success metrics
• Solid project management and organizational skills
