• Own Japan enablement execution; localise programs
• Collaborate with Japan sales leaders and sellers
• Localise onboarding and content in Japanese
• Use AI tools to scale and personalise learning
• Align Japan with global enablement frameworks
• Report to Sales Enablement Leader; based in Everpure Tokyo Office

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native Japanese; strong business English
• Live facilitation, coaching, and leader influence
• Understand local selling rhythm and decision culture
• Link enablement to pipeline, forecast, revenue
• Excellent communication; cross-functional collaboration
• Proactive, creative problem solver; planning skills
