Manage enablement content in SharePoint (onboarding guides, playbooks, training)
Update materials reflecting product/process changes
Organize content with versioning, folders, access controls
Lead onboarding: schedules, trainings, certifications, milestones
Administer LMS: enrollments, course assignments, tracking
Coordinate internal comms and program launches

🎯 Requirements

1–3 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, or related role
Experience managing multiple projects and workstreams
Strong SharePoint administration and document management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent written communication and organizational skills
Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship
