Sales Enablement Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage opportunities through the relevant MSD lifecycle stages, from submission through to
• Check that required documentation is complete, accurate and submitted on time, including contracts
• Monitor submitted opportunities, provide clear status updates and proactively resolve documentation
• Support a consistent, well-controlled handover from Sales into Finance, Client Service and other
• Support Sales teams with opportunity creation, amendments, submission activities and
• Process billing updates and other customer or opportunity amendments accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales support, sales operations, commercial administration, finance coordination
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to check commercial documents and maintain accurate
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across different teams and
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong sense of ownership from request through to
• Comfort using CRM, ERP or workflow systems; experience of Microsoft Dynamics/MSD, SAP, Power BI or
