Sales Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Design and own the sales enablement strategy and roadmap, aligned to our revenue and go-to-market
• Assess current sales capability, spot the gaps and set clear priorities with sales leadership
• Redesign and run a scalable onboarding program for new sales hires across all regions, with clear
• Lead the rollout of the SPICED methodology through training, certification and call reviews
• Build a coaching framework that helps sales leaders coach their teams consistently
• Use Gong insights to identify skill gaps and share what great looks like across the team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in sales enablement, sales training or sales leadership in B2B, including building
• A proven track record of improving seller performance, such as faster ramp time or higher win rates
• Experience setting strategy and influencing senior stakeholders
• A strong understanding of the full B2B sales cycle, ideally from time in a quota-carrying role
• Excellent written communication and the ability to turn complex information into clear, practical
• Confidence presenting, facilitating and coaching at all levels, including sales leaders
