Sales Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Build end-to-end sales playbooks for health system buyers.
• Design onboarding programs to accelerate ramp; cover RPM/CCM/RTM and EHR workflows.
• Develop clinical/economic value messaging and ROI tools for stakeholders.
• Build reinforcement programs (certifications, role-plays, reviews) to sustain performance.
• Partner with RevOps to track enablement KPIs and iterate programs.
• Maintain CRM/LMS/content tools and connect field reps with clinical/product/marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales enablement or training in healthcare tech or complex B2B.
• Experience enabling sales to health systems, IDNs, or large hospital networks.
• Proven track record building playbooks, onboarding, and content libraries.
• Familiarity with RPM, CCM, RTM reimbursement structures and health ROI models.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS, and sales content management systems.
• Fluency with AI productivity tools (Claude, Gemini, Notion AI) and applying to workflows.
