  • Design and deliver enablement programs for Enterprise AEs, Commercial AEs, and SDRs.
  • Onboard new sales hires with leadership to accelerate ramp time.
  • Create sales collateral, battlecards, and ROI-driven messaging for technical buyers.
  • Maintain a structured, accessible, and up-to-date enablement content library.
  • Translate product updates into sales-ready narratives with PM/Engineering.
  • Refine enablement strategies to support evolving sales processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years in Sales Enablement or related B2B SaaS GTM role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and buying cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling; simplify complex technology for different audiences.
  • Experience building content and programs that directly impact sales productivity.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to Have: observability/DevOps, OpenTelemetry, and startup growth experience.
