📋 Description

  • Design, build, and deliver enablement programs aligned to revenue priorities.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Product teams to translate launches into enablement.
  • Develop enablement materials: playbooks, walkthroughs, battlecards, messaging guides.
  • Design learning experiences to strengthen core sales skills.
  • Facilitate instructor-led and virtual trainings; include scenario-based learning and coaching.
  • Maintain a centralized enablement content hub; ensure materials are current and usable.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in Sales Enablement or revenue enablement in SaaS/tech.
  • Experience supporting sales/revenue teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enablement programs that drive readiness.
  • Strong instructional design, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN; LMS, Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic.
