📋 Description

Contract role to redesign GTM onboarding program
Create engaging onboarding experiences with the Enablement team
Design activities: virtual sessions, e-learning, practice, assessments
Build content with Articulate Rise, Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia
Align materials to onboarding objectives and sales skills
Support a six-week onboarding journey

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Sales Enablement, Training, L&D, or ID
Experience designing onboarding for B2B SaaS sales teams
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and ID
Excellent written communication and content development
Seismic Learning or similar LMS experience a plus
