  • Excellent English (C1+); clear communication.
  • Advanced logical and analytical thinking.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; manages complex projects end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Slides; strong presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge or experience in digital and programmatic fields preferred.
