• Have personally sold and closed—outbound/high-volume B2B—with numbers.
• Write sales copy that converts and explain why it works.
• Be comfortable on camera and produce clean training videos without a production team.
• Structure an A/B test, read the results, and make the call.
• Coach without crush—leave reps better and more confident.
• Nice to have: virtual staffing, CRM automations, video editing, sequencing tools.
