🎯 Requirements

• Personally sold and closed deals (outbound/high-volume B2B) with numbers.
• Write sales copy that converts and explain why it works.
• Comfortable on camera; produce training videos without a production team.
• Structure A/B tests and interpret results to make the call.
• Coach reps without crushing; leave reps better and more confident.
• Know your CRM (HubSpot plus) and a sales sequencing tool.
