Partner with AEs/CSMs to demo Ethena and build proposals.
Maintain Ethena demo environment to reflect AI features and use cases.
Create tailored demos, prototypes, and walkthroughs for deals.
Translate product/AI specs into customer-ready language for live calls and assets.
Develop knowledge on data security, HRIS integrations, and customization.
Draft responses for RFPs, pilots, and security reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in Sales Engineering or technical customer-facing role at SaaS.
Tell a clear story with a technical product to HR/IT/Security/Legal.
Experience with discovery and technical demos in sales.
Ownership mindset; grow into go-to pre-sales resource.
Credible with sales; comfortable working with leadership.
Familiar with AI tools, APIs, and enterprise integrations (LMS/HRIS/SSO).
