🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (sales engineering, solutions engineering, solutions
• Track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals as the technical lead alongside an AE
• Hands-on experience with at least one ERP (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, SAP, or similar) and
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, and JSON: you can read API documentation, test endpoints
• You understand how catalog, inventory, pricing, orders, shipments, tracking, and shipping cost move
• Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment operations: label platforms, 3PLs and WMS, and flat-rate
