• Engage with clients to understand asset monitoring needs.
• Demonstrate Smart Trac via product demos and ROI.
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technical input.
• Stay updated on asset-tracking industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in sales engineering, preferably asset monitoring/IoT.
• Strong technical acumen to explain complex solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet clients.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
