📋 Description

  • Partner with AEs to identify and qualify sales opportunities with technical expertise.
  • Demonstrate OEE solutions to show ROI and impact on availability and quality.
  • Understand client manufacturing environments, PLCs/SCADA/MES/historians and challenges.
  • Architect tailored OEE solutions with strong PLC/SCADA connectivity and data sources.
  • Lead technical discussions and overcome objections from engineers to executives.
  • Travel as needed for customer engagements and deployments.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical engineering, CS, or related field.
  • 5+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, or solutions architect in industrial automation.
  • Expertise in PLCs (AB/Siemens/Omron), SCADA, HMI, and protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
  • Experience with legacy to modern, networked automation equipment.
  • Understanding of OEE concepts, ROI, and improvement strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) for sales management.
