📋 Description

• Engage with clients to understand asset monitoring needs and position Smart Trac.
• Conduct product demos, highlighting technical advantages and ROI.
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, track interactions, and report progress.
• Collaborate with technical team to tailor Smart Trac for client needs.
• Provide technical consultations and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape in asset tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in sales engineering, asset monitoring, IoT, or related tech.
• Strong technical acumen to explain complex tech.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
