🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture.
• 7+ years consulting or customer engagement; proven track record.
• 5+ years CCaaS experience.
• Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills.
• Hands-on with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge management, asynchronous messaging, omnichannel engagement; APIs.
