🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture
• 7+ years consulting or customer engagement
• 5+ years CCaaS experience
• Proven track record delivering best-in-class solutions
• Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents
