🎯 Requirements

Experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
Strong JS/Node.js reading, writing, and debugging skills.
Ability to use AI tools to accelerate customer work (demo code, repos, responses).
Genuine interest in customer-facing work.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Autonomous, self-motivated in async work.
Located in ET +/-1 time zones.
