Develop and maintain a baseline knowledge of all KnowBe4 Products
Understand the value proposition of KnowBe4 products and can portray in meetings with internal
Deliver product demonstrations for customers to a good level
Work with SMB prospects to implement and configure KnowBe4 product(s) for POV
Shadows and assist senior colleagues with their POVs
Troubleshoot and resolve baseline technical problems with KnowBe4 solutions that arise in the sales

🎯 Requirements

3 year degree or technical degree preferred
Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role is a plus
Experience with Google Workspace
Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with M365 and Exchange Online
Excellent verbal and written communications
