Sales Engineer, NA West

📋 Description

• Engage in technical discussions with prospects and customers throughout the buying lifecycle.
• Partner cross-functional with Sales and Product Marketing to deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and POCs.
• Create sample solutions and tailored use cases to showcase Akuity’s platform capabilities.
• Collect detailed customer requirements to inform scoping and resource planning for implementations.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and advocate for their needs internally.

🎯 Requirements

• Value relationships, collaboration, accountability
• 3+ years in technical pre-sales or 2+ years with CS degree
• Demonstrated history with CI/CD, infrastructure, and cloud tools
• Always ahead of the curve in tech
• Passion for Argo, Kargo, and cloud-native (Kubernetes, Terraform)
• Excellent communication and value-focused product demos
• Engage with customers onsite and remotely
• Eager to collaborate with Sales on GTM strategies
