Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions
Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects
Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment
Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation
Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events

🎯 Requirements

Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security
Background of successfully selling deals to SLED customers
Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support
Experience working with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and operating systems
Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL
Prior Cribl product experience. Even better if you have feedback!
