🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical
• Experience developing frameworks for how SEs partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to
• History of establishing metrics and systems that measure SE impact on pipeline health, win rates
• Track record of leading presales processes and supporting enterprise and strategic sales cycles
• Ability to translate customer business problems into Sierra’s technical solutions and clearly
• Experience building Sales Engineering orgs in emerging categories (e.g., AI, data, security).
