• Own end-to-end pre-sales to deliver value-based engagements that accelerate deals
• Build a high-performing SE team with coaching, feedback, and clear career paths

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational AI/ML understanding and experience positioning AI-driven solutions
• 8+ years enterprise pre-sales/solutions engineering (security, networking, cloud, or SaaS)
• 2+ years leading and developing Sales Engineers (hiring, coaching, career growth)
• Proven ability to run regional pre-sales: pipeline, deal strategy, forecasting with Sales
• Strong executive leadership with security/networking foundation (Zero Trust, identity, cloud) and travel readiness
• Demonstrated ability to scale and develop an SE organization (hiring, onboarding, enablement, repeatable plays)
