  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reviews for enterprise and mid-market.
  • Track funnel performance from lead gen to closure and expansion.
  • Identify bottlenecks, leakage, and productivity gaps; recommend actions.
  • Drive structured reviews, pipeline reviews, and deal progression with leadership.
  • Build dashboards and reports on targets, forecast accuracy, and productivity.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and adherence to opportunity management standards.
  • Lead sales enablement assets, training, and product readiness for Paytm AI products.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7-12 years in Sales Excellence, Enablement, Revenue Ops, or GTM Strategy roles.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, fintech, CPaaS, CRM, or AI sales.
  • CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared.
  • Strong analytics: funnel metrics, forecasting, and productivity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
