📋 Description

• Lead the transformation of vendor sales motions with agentic AI, automation, and LLMs
• Architect next-gen external salesforce delivering consistent results via AI-powered processes
• Design scalable sales motions and performance frameworks for leadership visibility
• Collaborate with Vendor Operations and sales leaders to scale across regions/sites
• Bridge internal sales and vendor ops with regular readouts and risk escalation
• Drive adoption and change management for new sales motions, piloting and scaling

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing sales motions and scalable processes for large, distributed teams
• Background in sales management or sales excellence with coaching and performance delivery
• 10+ years in sales strategy/operations or vendor management, including third-party sales
• Ability to translate complex performance data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
• Experience designing agentic AI-powered sales motions using LLMs or automation
• Background in a high-growth technology or fintech environment
• Familiarity with CSAT and quality assurance scoring
