📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and help them through the sales process
• Deal with incoming sales calls, mid-term adjustments, renewals and returning customers
• Assess customer insurance needs and advise on appropriate Zego insurance products, following
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support over phone, live chat and
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and build productive
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and document all communication in the internal system

🎯 Requirements

• Proven skills in a high-performing target-driven customer call centre sales and service
• Experience in a high target environment with high revenue and daily call targets
• Obsessive about customer experience and act as an advocate for customer needs
• Able to listen to customers and give advice and support
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Good understanding of GDPR rules and regulations and able to use multiple systems at the same time
