Sales Executive (Level-Funded & ICHRA) for Arizona

📋 Description

• Meet/exceed new business sales goals in territory and product lines.
• Develop/manage relationships with regional brokers/consultants for quotes.
• Identify opportunities with SMBs.
• Deliver tailored product presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for quotes, underwriting, onboarding.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, activity, and forecast data.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7+ years in health insurance or benefits sales.
• Existing relationships with regional brokers/consultants preferred.
• Understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with goal-driven attitude.
