📋 Description

• Generate and convert telesales leads specifically for motor insurance products (Two-Wheeler
• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle insurance requirements and recommend the best-fit
• Assist customers with seamless policy issuances, rollovers, and renewal conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly motor insurance sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and conversion data in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on motor insurance industry trends, new product offerings, and IRDAI regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Sound knowledge of motor insurance concepts (IDV, NCB transfers, Third-Party vs. Comprehensive
• Customer-first mindset with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Analytical thinking to generate insights from lead and sales data.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi; MS Excel and CRM software proficiency.
