Perform month-end and quarter-end closing to allocate revenue across Business Units.
Ensure data quality and validate allocation accuracy; perform reconciliations and commission audits.
Build cross-functional relationships with Deals Desk, Sales Ops to identify revenue allocations.
Understand business objectives and conduct fact-based analysis to solve complex problems.
Create frameworks to monitor key business activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred but not required.
3+ years in FP&A or Sales Finance, preferably at a public software company.
High ownership and ability to deliver with minimal guidance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
