Responsible for identifying new approaches for solving business problems related to growth
Partner to Sales through data-based insights into the current and forward-looking state of sales to
Decide and follow up of KPI sets for key initiatives
Assist in design, coordination and implementation of local/regional/global sales force
Determine segmentation of HCPs and call targets & sales quotas of sales team by using SFE tools
Provide necessary support in territory alignment, Segmentation, target setting, incentive/sales

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
Preferably minimum 2 years of Sales Force Effectiveness or Business Intelligence experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
English language proficiency verbally and in writing
Solid knowledge on relevant MS Office Programs
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
