Sales & Growth Manager – B2B SaaS / Outbound Sales

📋 Description

• Own the top of the sales funnel for a defined segment of approximately 2,000 prospective customers
• Execute outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, follow-up calls, and campaign platforms
• Manage outreach campaigns across approximately 10–16 target regions, personalizing communication
• Follow up systematically with prospects and ensure every qualified lead has a clear next action
• Qualify prospects and convert relevant cold contacts into booked and attended virtual sales
• Brief and hand over qualified opportunities to colleagues responsible for closing, providing clear

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of overall sales experience, including at least 3 years of direct experience selling B2B
• Proven hands-on experience with cold outbound prospecting and a track record of personally
• Ability to demonstrate previous outbound performance using measurable metrics such as contacts
• Strong experience actively managing a CRM and maintaining accurate pipeline information, follow-up
• Strong written English, with the ability to create concise, professional, and engaging outbound
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills and comfort working with sales activity data, funnel metrics
