15+ years of Sales or GTM leadership in tech companies
Experience leading core GTM functions: Sales, Rev Ops, Solutions/Sales Eng, or Account Management
Passion for turning leadership into coaching; growth mindset and high emotional intelligence
Available to commit 12+ hours/month for 24+ months; remote; NA or Europe
Coaching certification a plus but not required
