Sales Insights and Category Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement insight-led category strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions
• Integrate syndicated market data, retailer performance information, loyalty insights, and consumer
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform customer
• Serve as the internal expert on retail customers, channels, category dynamics, and shopper needs
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, and leadership teams
• Advise Marketing and Innovation teams on category trends, shopper demand, assortment roles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in category management, data analytics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience interpreting market, retailer, consumer, and shopper
• Proficiency with data analysis platforms and tools such as Nielsen, IRI, Scintilla, Numerator, and
• Experience with space management and assortment planning tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to transform complex
