  • Work with Account Executives (AE) of the DACH Market to manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
  • Participate in and observe sales calls to learn the sales process and customer interactions.
  • Manage customer projects during trials, negotiate offers and close deals.
  • Support the team in presenting Aircall value to small businesses.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless sales process.

🎯 Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or related field.
  • German (spoken and written) flawless; fluent English needed for internal comms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (support or success) is a plus.
