🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in insurance, financial services, or sales leadership, with strong

• Ability to identify and pursue innovative approaches to insurance and financial services sales.
• Experience recruiting, evaluating, or developing entrepreneurial talent, ideally including

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary of $200,000; this role is not eligible for annual merit increases.
