📋 Description

  • Create scalable training for onboarding, ramp-up, and L&D.
  • Design role-specific learning paths using live, e-learning, shadowing.
  • Deliver sessions on discovery, objections, negotiation, and closing.
  • Measure engagement, retention, and skill adoption; track ramp and closes.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and RevOps to identify gaps and impact.
  • Maintain sales materials and knowledge bases to align messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales training, enablement, or L&D for a sales team.
  • Proven design and execution of training improving sales performance.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger) – Preferred.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Comfort with LMS, e-learning tools, and sales tech stacks.
  • Data-driven, able to assess training effectiveness and impact.
