📋 Description

• Assist across the full lifecycle of commercial sales and leasing, from sourcing and listing to
• Cultivate, nurture, and maintain strong connections with key account clients to build a solid
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and tenants while sharing market knowledge and
• Partner with our Marketing team to organise signboards, brochures, digital advertising, Information
• Conduct client inspections and assist with day-to-day listing management

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally bringing experience from commercial real estate, residential real estate, B2B sales or
• A natural hunter who is commercially astute, proactive, and eager to learn
• An excellent communicator who can build genuine rapport with a diverse range of clients and
• Hold a current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate / Real Estate License
