Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Identify new sales opportunities across brands and agencies and convert them into RTB House
• Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Partner with technical and account management teams
• Execute customer communications via telephone or email, in line with standards and procedures
• Create formal offers and present them to potential customers
• Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge in sales frameworks and techniques
• Experience in managing B2B relationships - preferably in advertising industry
• Must be available to go to the office in Mexico City once a quarter
• Native in Spanish with fluency in English (C1 level)
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
