  • Develop and execute Paymentology's sales strategy across assigned Middle East markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business with banks, fintechs, digital banks, PSPs, telcos, and large enterprises.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key payments stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end sales: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiations, contract closure.
  • Drive complex deals with multiple stakeholders across business, tech, operations, compliance, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Operations on client proposals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in payments, banking tech, fintech, card issuing, acquiring, processing, or related.
  • 5+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership.
  • Proven track record of originating and closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting to signature.
  • Strong network across Middle East payments ecosystem; able to engage with executives (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Payments).
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
