📋 Description

• Collaborate with GM to hire and retain top talent based on the budgeted number of Design
• Manage a team of Design Consultants ensuring all company revenue goals and key performance
• Performance management of underperformers while following guidelines to improve results including

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years as a Sales Consultant or in a sales management role preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Proven sales coach and mentor.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
