• Acquire new clients and expand market presence across Ocean, Air Freight, Customs, Trucking, and
• Research target markets and industries to identify potential business opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth by closing new business across all product offerings.
• Prospect for prospective clients through direct outreach and collaboration with the Sales
• Assess the client needs to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Present service capabilities and value propositions in client meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of shipping/logistics experience, including 2–3 years in quota-carrying sales.
• Solid knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, customs, trucking, cross-border trucking, and
• Fluency in Khmer and English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the local market landscape with executive-level communication, negotiation
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with decision-makers and key influencers.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment.
