📋 Description

• Monitor a network of Medicare agents (1099) in a virtual environment
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor agent production and performance metrics; identify trends
• Ensure CMS regulations and Medicare marketing guidelines compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Compliance, Operations, and Leadership teams
• Stay informed on Medicare regulations and market trends

🎯 Requirements

• Active insurance license and Medicare certification required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent sales leadership and relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Team-oriented with collaboration and leadership skills
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
