📋 Description

• Drive sales revenue and commercial targets across the West India territory by implementing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT surgeons, audiologists, therapists, patients
• Visit customers and recipients to understand their hearing journeys, provide guidance, strengthen
• Provide product, technical, clinical, and surgical support through in-person, digital, email, and
• Support professional partners in operating rooms during procedures and ensure appropriate use of
• Identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, monitor competitive activity, and use

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related technical discipline (e.g., Electronics Engineering, BTech
• 5–6 years of sales experience, preferably in a multinational organization
• Experience in medical devices, implantable solutions, ENT surgical solutions, or related healthcare
• Strong understanding of sales, business development, relationship management, and territory planning
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
• Ability to speak and understand the local language for the assigned territory
