🎯 Requirements

• Strong drive, motivation, and networking skills in the industrial sector.
• Experience with commercial processes: sales, negotiations, and customer management; ability to
• Bachelor/Master level degree in Mechatronics, Cybernetics, Electrical engineering or related field.
• Understanding of market trends and good customer insight to drive growth and improve customer
• Ability to build trust quickly and work well with customers and colleagues; preferred experience
• Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken); valid B-class driving license for business
