📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with pivotal associations, organizations, and sales partners.
• Develop and execute an outbound group sales strategy for BMG and VStar, securing bookings.
• Manage inbound calls and inquiries from clients; pursue new business.
• Identify, qualify, and contract all group opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales visits, familiarization tours, and extend invitations.
• Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years direct group sales experience, incl 1 year in entertainment/hospitality/sports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing/Sales, or Business preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Right to work in US; I-9 verification on hire.
• Able to pass background check per company policy.
