📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Enterprise AEs serving major customers, embedding Everpure's culture and
• Hire and onboard additional AEs as the business grows
• Equip the team to lead strategic conversations on AI and data readiness, cyber resilience, and
• Collaborate with the extended district sales team, including Systems Engineers, Partner Account
• Drive team performance against key KPIs (pipeline growth, partner alignment, forecast accuracy, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of field sales management experience in the high-tech industry, such as AI, data
• Sales management experience in storage or core IT infrastructure in a competitive market is a
• A track record of selling to IT departments and IT leadership at large enterprise accounts
• Experience building and managing partner-led sales motions within Japan's system integrator and
• Proven success recruiting, coaching, and retaining strong sales talent
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate Everpure's value clearly
